12 month minimum per city rules. Month to Month thereafter.
No Pets. No Parking. Street parking is easy once you get the city hang tag for the zone. Tenant pays the electric. Also optional is land line phone, TV, internet.
You do not want to see the list of things the housing provider pays. Gardener, Water, Trash, Sewer, Biz license, RCB Fees, City Taxes, State Taxes, etc. etc. But the really big bite is to the bank and insurance and the water bill. So please do pay your rent on time so that the mortgage is covered. Yeah. It matters that the rents are promptly processed. So Thanks everyone.

Hi All,
Unit number 17 is available at this time! Ready to rent right away. Send me an email if interested. Include your phone number and write a little bit about what brings you to Santa Monica. I'll forward your info to the On-Site manager. It has new floors. Two new windows. New kitchenette cabinetry
and countertop! The separate
bedroom is really nice. It has a brand new sink and cabinet with extra drawer space. This is such a sweet unit it is almost a 1 bedroom type apartment.
Other units happen to be turning over. Just rented one. So if interested you need to come by and take a tour. The on-site manager will show you around!
I do not know what is coming in the distant future. The current tenants usually give management just thirty days notice. Occasionally a a little bit more. So when asked "What will you have 3 months from now?" it's hard. We have no idea what will be available then. Thanks for understanding.
