Dear Future Renters,

This newer website in WordPress is going to be a fun and a more flexible experience.  As I learn and revamp the pages I hope you find the info useful and forgive a typ0 here and there.  I used to sell computers in the 1980's so I think this is doable.  Even if the new fangled stuff has funkily laid out new menus to follow.

Teaching  an old dog new tricks is a slower process.  But...  I'm working on it.

The important thing is that the Apartments are viewable now in quick little tours on You Tube.  That will help you to get a feel right away as to if this apartment is right for you.  Saving you gas and time!

Follow those links as needed.  On the Rentals Page I list the units that are turning over at the moment.  The list will change faster than I can update but will be a good starting point.

Thanks Again for checking it out.  If you want a small efficiency flat in the best part of town... We have something for you!  I'm proud of the apartment building.  And I hope you feel good every time you come home to your safe and secure and efficient home.
